Two weeks ago, I had a nice long weekend in London where - despite the stormy weather - spring had already founds its way. So lovely with all the cherry trees and magnolias, and how great to be able to experience spring twice this year.
Even though the trees were blossoming, it was still a proper London weather, cold, humid and of cause rainy, to my luck mostly in the evenings.
It was great to spend some time alone and I did some stuff I hadn't done for years, like going to exhibitions, and the ballet, and just hanging out without having to be anywhere, which was good for a change.

Spring Is Coming
At the end of February, we had some exceptional spring days were we were able to spend several hours outside for the first time in a long time. We hit the playground again and went to Tempelhof, where a lot of people were already barbequing. I think picnic and barbequing at 10 degrees must be a Berlin phenomenon.
Snowdrops have started to pop up from the ground and reminding us of the warmer times ahead.
