I promissed to post some more photos from Roskilde when I got them developed. I picked the films up today and here are some of my favorites out of the many I took.

Souvenirs!

Two things I couldn't leave Roskilde without having in my luggage was this.
1: This very cute fabric bag with a charming man, that I somehow imagine is French.
(Maybe it is just because I am totally francofile these days.)

2: Peter Broderick's new Album "It Starts Hear" on Vinyl.
Because I already love his two previous album and because he did such a great concert and sat down on the floor with his box of Cd's and Records after the show and talked to the audience.
Should you be interested in listening to it, you can find an interactive version here, which is very nice. There is a little anecdote to each song, and lyrics and then you can listen to it as well. I recommend giving it a look.

Returned From Roskilde!

I returned after another Roskilde Festival, dirty, tired and already longing for next year.
The weather showed rain and sun
The food was unhealthy but good
The drinks very many and strong
The company was excellent
and as always there was a lot of amazing music.
I don't have so many pictures from it yet. I brought my little blue film camera and will show some more if they turn out okay, once developed.

But here is just a quick summery from the best concerts I saw this yeah!

Off To Roskilde!

Now it is off to Roskilde, I am really looking forward to it.
Especially Bon Iver, BowerBirds, Jack White, Larsen & The Furious Jane, Bruce Springsteen and many many more.
Cross my fingers the good weather will last.

Troubles Will Be Gone!

So after my return to Denmark, I only had a few hours before I left my place to go to the Roskilde Festival. Even though I was a bit disappointed with this years music program I was sure it was still gonna be fun, and of cause it was.

There was glow stick parties
and great homebuild soundsystems

They'll Never Take the Good Years!

So I spend my last night with Vincent going to the William Fitzsimmons concert. It was a shame I was a bit to tired, and that Astra was a bit to warm, cause the concert was really great. Depressing songs, or really depressing songs, a man with a big beard talking about buying razors for shaving his balls, cause his obviously didn't shave his face, but maybe his head. Great way to spend the night, and as a warm up to Roskilde.
