A Day At The Zoo!

On a cool fall day we went to the Zoo, which in a way seemed like a perfect activity. It is experience nature up close without getting the wet and muddy feet that comes with fall.
I haven't been at the Zoo for over 10 years, so it was good to go back and see all the changes and how they had improved the conditions for the animals since then.
We had a great afternoon walking around. My favorite was the sleeping ice bear, who looked so serene and fragile lying there and who turned out to prefer fennel over meat.  

Teitur Again Again!

Last night I went to see Teitur for the third time. I went all the way from London back to Denmark to see him play at "Templet". On the way home to Denmark I got sick and thought for a moment that I would not make it, but even though I was pretty weak I pulled myself together for the concert and was glad that I went. This is the first time I saw him play a song from his album in Faroese and also his only song in Danish, and Templet is such a nice small venue which can only hold about 200 people so it was a really nice intimate experience.

Early Summer Memories!

Today I was in the darkroom. One film was from very early summer right before I left London and were first back in Denmark. It was somehow nice to have a little trip back to that time.
Sometimes I really like the darkness of this camera other times it really bothers me. The entire roll of film came out a bit too dark this time, however there was still some nice pictures among them.

My friend Michael has the most interesting hands I have ever seen. I really love this picture of them from last time I saw him, before he went back to Oz.
