A Quilt
A couple a weeks ago soon, Pauline came for a short visit and brought this amazing homemade quilt for Fleur. Such a wonderful and laboursome gift. Now Fleur has a blanket to play on where she will hopefully spend hours of fun in the future.

New Computer Case!
A new computer calls for a new computer case. Maybe you remember my old one? It was getting more and more worn down. Recently I finished this one in a beautiful leather with my name at the front. Can't wait to leave it in the sun over the summer, so the leather will get a nice burned color.

Busy, Busy, Busy!
So the past couple of weeks I've been sewing and knitting like crazy. I brought all this old fabric from Denmark, thinking that I would stay in Berlin over the summer and have enough time to use the fabric, but now I fell like I don't want to take it back to Denmark unless it is in the form of something wearable. On top of that I went though a box full of summer clothes that I had put away for the winter and found some dresses that I decided to resew because I didn't really used them as they were. Now I almost have a brand new wardrobe.
Today I finished this one!

Just Cause I Am Not A Child, Doesn't Mean That I Can't Play With Dolls!
As an inspiration to our weaving Claudia brought a book to work, about children dolls in the balkan area. I really liked that almost all of the dolls looked like they were made by the kids who owned them, and that they had a certain simplicity despite of the multicolored pattern on their outfits.
The pictures really inspired me, and made me wanted to try and make my own dolls. I don't really know what to use them for, but it is somehow nice just to do something for the pleasure of it rather than thinking to much about the aim.
I now made the first one, and I don't know how many there will be, but it will definitely not be my last one.

Great Expectations!
It seams like everything in my life right now is about waiting. So I decided I might as well pass the time with something useful. Therefore I used yesterday, turning this beautiful old tablecloth that I found in a 2. hand stop, into a brand new summer dress. I really love it. The only problem is, that I want to wear it so bad, that now I also can't wait for summer to come.

Mustard Yellow!
In Israel I bought this wonderful jersey fabric in my favorite yellow color, and now I have finally made this cute dress with leather inserts at the shoulder. I can't wait for spring to come so I can wear it all the time.
