The Tale Of A Breakfast!

Recently I made Bacon Jam for the first time, and also a glass of Lemon Curd and Toasted Orange Sirup (which I used in the Bacon Jam recipe instead of Marple Sirup). When I saw the Bacon Jam recipe I told myself I had to try it and it was really as good as I thought.
Yesterday morning I baked the first bread in Quite a lot of years; a wholegrain buttermilk bread that had risen overnight in the fridge. It was such a nice thing to wake up to and easy just to put in the oven, and wait for it to finish. We ate it with butter,  bacon jam and lemon Curd.
