Food From The Farmers Market

Two Saturdays a month there is a little Farmers Market close to where we live. It has been there for a long time but we only just recently made our way there to check it out. We bough stuff to have a really nice summer meal with Atlantic cod, carrots and black rice salad, plus a very green soup out of all the carrot and radish cut offs, which was delicious. It is nice when there is almost no waste left.
