Italian and Champagne

Last week, Ming was in Berlin visiting while in Europe. He came directly from Sardinia and brought with him lots of inspiration from the Italian kitchen. He made homemade pasta, while I took care of some salad and fried zucchini flowers. Everything was very delicious and I will definitely be making stuffed and fried Zucchini flowers in the future - though they are very hard to come by in this town.

Ming's visit was the perfect opportunity to drink the last bottle we brought back from Champagne last year, since I know that he is also found of the bubbles.
