Tomorrow it is Store bededag (big prayday) in Denmark, a public holiday. It is not really a celebration, but what we look forward to is a day off work and the yummy buns the night before. The warm wheats!
So today I baked wheats (only with buckwheat) and even thought they didn't look perfect the taste was great.
And the two Australians liked them too.
Most important ingredient: Cadamom.
