The Day Before Big Pray Day!
Tomorrow it is Store bededag (big prayday) in Denmark, a public holiday. It is not really a celebration, but what we look forward to is a day off work and the yummy buns the night before. The warm wheats!
So today I baked wheats (only with buckwheat) and even thought they didn't look perfect the taste was great.
And the two Australians liked them too.
Most important ingredient: Cadamom.

De ser fantastisk lækre ud, dem kunne jeg godt have sat tænderne i. Vi købte nogle hos Emmerys, de var også vældig gode, men så ikke lige så lækre ud. kh mor
