The Tale Of A Birthday Cake!

So I wanted to make a very special birthday cake heavily inspired by the Momufuku Milk Bar Cake. I made a similar one before for my birthday two years ago, though with different ingredients.

This one consisted of my favorite tastes at the moment: lemon, pistachio and white chocolate; it was even gluten-free. It was so yummy.
