Making konfekt is for me a must Christmas doing. As a kid I did it together with my parents, and even after moving on my own I went back home to have a konfekt making afternoon with my mum. This year I decided to start the konfekt production early and therefore Vincent and I spend Sunday afternoon making five different kinds and thereby set the Christmas hygge into motion.
Last weekend I prepared all the marzipan, which is really easy as it is just made from nuts, water and sugar. It has been fun making everything completely from scratch and it is nice to have so many homemade goodies to eat throughout December.
