The Tale of Tartelettes Aux Fraises!

Yesterday I bough a huge bucket of strawberries and so I all of the sudden got the idea to do some tartelettes similar to the ones we ate in France.
 First: mixing dough

Then: mixing frangipane filling
Ready to bake
Ready to go into the oven after blind baking
 Post baking
Cleaning strawberries
 Whipping cream
 And Voilà!
We had a nice afternoon tea at the balcony with tartelettes on a warm summer day. You can find the recipe here if you fancy.
